The Beach Camp is situated in Cape Columbine Nature reserve, which is the best flower reserve in South Africa. We are near the small fishing village of Paternoster and offer accommodation in our cozy A-frame huts or tents with comfortable beds. We also offer guided sea-kayak trips. Cape Columbine - Paternoster area is the best sea-kayaking venue in South Africa with lots of seals, dolphins, whales, spectacular bird watching and scenery. The West Coast is an undiscovered sport-fishing destination with plenty of fish and many ways to have a holiday of a lifetime!! The Beach Camp accommodation offers you comfortable tents and wooden A-frame huts with beds & pillows (bring your own sleeping bag or duvet). We have hot showers, cooking facilities, as well as a wind and rain protected lapa and living area. In the wintertime we get approximately 128mm of rain, so soak up some sun while it is raining in Cape Town. We have a Dover Stove for the stormy days and have roll-downs, which protect us while we sip on red wine and stare out at the beautiful scenery. We can supply all meals including our famous seafood dinners! A total of 23 people can stay in The Beach Camp. Sleep any closer to the water and you will be wet! Rough it in comfort and eat seafood fresh from the sea. Life is a beach.... And then you braai! We supply free transport from Vredenburg Elwierda Bus Stop to The Beach Camp (up to 10 people). Come and enjoy the West Coast where you can feast on fresh West Coast seafood and drink good Western Cape wines. We do not have electricity at The Beach Camp. No TV! Remember your sleeping bag or duvet.
